When Should You Consider Scheduling Your Next Wamego Roof Inspection?

If you don’t know much about roofing, it can be somewhat of a hassle to coordinate with your roofer and bring them in for a full roof inspection at short notice. Fortunately, there are a few things you can do about that, and most of them are easy to plan for:

1.     Recognize that you’re going to have to inspect your roof at some point – usually at least 1-2 times per year. Establish a date when your roofer can make it, and call them in advance to ask them to free up some time for it.
2.     Preferably, it’s best to call for a roofing inspection at least a few weeks in advance, if not more. Some roofing companies also provide you with the option of scheduling annual maintenance tasks and inspections. Take advantage of that option.
3.     The best time to schedule a Wamego roofing inspection is around the beginning of fall – middle or end of September – and at the end of winter. The latter time can be scheduled some time in March, although it’s a good idea  to wait until the weather clears and temperatures rise to more than 40-50 degrees. That way you can be sure that any snow storms or freezing weather will no longer cause any problems, in case you have to deal with preventive roof maintenance or roof repairs.
